Pegasus Group are acting on behalf of a number of Charities who have been generously gifted land at Greytree and who are now engaging with the local community in relation to the site’s proposed development.  This website has been created to provide you with information about the proposals for this site.

Having been the subject of a charitable gift to a group of local and national charities the development has not been driven by the same commercial factors as a speculative housebuilder, with greater flexibility therefore in terms of the scale and layout of the development and the inclusion of a large area of publicly accessible open space.

 

We welcome this opportunity for engagement and feedback from you so that your comments may influence the design process prior to any planning application being formally submitted to Herefordshire Council.  This website provides background information to the proposed development, including the local planning policy context, as well as providing plans which illustrate how the development could come forward.

 

​A planning application for a high-quality development of up to 35 new homes is being prepared, which will include a range of properties, including affordable homes to help meet local needs. The proposal will include a new access from Second Avenue, alongside the creation of public open space, children's play areas, sustainable drainage features, and comprehensive landscaping.
